Order delivery

If you order before 4 p.m. on a working day and the items you ordered are in stock, you will receive your goods the next day.
If you do not live in the Netherlands, or Belgium , your order will take 2 to 3 days to be delivered.

Shipping cost

When you order a Tiny Sleeper inside the EU, shipping is free.

Returns

You can try the Tiny Sleeper for fee for 30 days. You buy the item and when you return it within 30 days, we will pay the return shipping cost and refund the purchase price.

Simply write an email to returns@tinythings.design to get a return order confirmation with shipping details.

Shipping status

Via email we send you the status of your order. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email.

Different address

During the order process you can choose the option: ‘different delivery address’. If the delivery address is in the name of a company, then please clearly indicate the name of the organization and also clearly state your name to make sure you receive your parcel.

If you have set the wrong delivery address and order is not yet sent, we can change the address. Contact our customer service as soon as possible at service@tinythings.design
